Have an expense that needs reimbursement? Fill out the Maplewood PTA Reimbursement Request Form and email it to the Maplewood PTA Treasurer at maplewoodptatreasurer@gmail.com.

Have money from a fundraiser that needs to be deposited? Fill out the Money Counting Worksheet and submit the form with the money to the Maplewood PTA Treasurer.
